1.嚴禁超載使用。2.吊運重物時，嚴禁任何人員在重物下行走或工作。3.使用前檢查各個緊固件有無松動。4.如遇有手拉力異常時，切不可猛拉，應立即停止使用，檢查原因。5.齒輪和軌面要定期加注潤滑油，同時檢查各緊固件有無松動。6.起吊重物時應使其重心在工字鋼腹板所在平面內，否則請勿起吊單軌跑車，操作時應使手拉鏈條受力在手鏈輪的中心平面內，不得斜拉。7.手拉單軌跑車是以工字鋼為支撐進行工作的，因此有嚴重損壞、不平整、扭曲或不符合標準的工字鋼不能做為行車軌道。
